REFUND POLICY

For digital (audio or video) orders, all sales are final. All products are made-to-order and we DO NOT generally accept returns or exchanges. However, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us with photos within 24 hours of delivery.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. For print/fulfillment errors, (Printful) will provide a free replacement.Desires to return merchandise shipped via Printful or (other), should FIRST contact us for details via the following email address: (thesonicembassy@gmail.com).
